Ramael was raised in New York and has been living in Brazil for 20 years. He is an experienced facilitator and team leader, and his passion is creating unforgettable and transformational spiritual retreats. In 2018 he worked in Gozo and fell in love with the island's beauty, powerful energy, and ancient spiritual heritage. 

Ramael has worked as a spiritual guide in Latin America’s largest healing center, guiding hundreds of people on their healing journeys. He has also worked as a retreat facilitator in Brazil’s largest eco-village and holistic center. Ramael has taken his work to a dozen countries.

Libby is known for her ability to engage groups of people with her comfortable, genuine, and empowering way of speaking, coaching, and leading.  A former Division 1 college athlete, Libby’s leadership is backed by over 25 years of experience from the TV and sports marketing world to yoga & coaching. She has led programs, retreats, workshops, & classes for 1 to 1,000 participants.  Drawing on that deep professional experience and over 2,000 hours of yoga leadership & methodology training with the Baptiste Institute, Libby works with individuals and teams in 3 areas: yoga & wellness instruction, fitness business advising, and public speaking coaching. Simply put, Libby excels at getting her students to get out of their own way to speak from, lead from, and live the best version of themselves.  Libby founded Dancing Dogs Yoga Greensboro where she was a teacher & leader for 10 years.  In 2023, Libby sold her ownership of DDYG to focus fully on leading and advising in the fitness & wellness industry. When she isn’t managing the logistics (and driving) of her 3 kids, you can find her playing sports, reading books, and still teaching and practicing at her former studio, the new Greensboro Power Yoga.

Martin is a wildly talented wildlife photographer based out of northern Massachusetts. He has been documenting wildlife since 2016, which has always been his passion. 

Ever since he was a young child, Martin was always obsessed with nature documentaries and books about wildlife that were full of pictures and he would go out and look for wildlife with his parents. Martin has photographed animals from across North America and strives to take conventional images showcasing the beauty of the subjects that he photographs, along with original work that embraces the environments of these animals and the artistic side of photography.

For 12 years, Misty was a standup paddleboard (SUP) coach leading groups throughout the beautiful waterways of Isle of Palms, SC. Misty taught basic paddle technique and led group fitness classes on the board. After a chronic knee injury and advice from a meditation coach, Misty discovered a love for yoga. She practiced as a student for 10 years before ever considering yoga teacher training. Serendipity at its finest, one of Misty's beloved teachers announced a teacher training the same day her mom's nursing home asked if she knew any yoga teachers who would be interested in leading Senior Yoga. 

Misty took it as a sign and immediately registered for training. 
Trained in Hatha Yoga with Jivamukti lineage, Misty teaches private lessons and leads classes at Satsang Yoga Charleston where she obtained her 250-Hour and 500-Hour certifications. Her classes focus on sound vibration (breath, mantra and music), dharma (teachings) and hands-on assists. She joyfully accepted the position at her mom's nursing home where she also teaches Chair Yoga to disabled seniors.

We call our yoga shala a 'Blue Zone' because it's where people of all backgrounds and ages (upwards of 90 years old!) come together to move, sweat, enjoy good music and laugh together.
