Our process begins with a call or meeting to learn about your company’s unique goals, needs, and budget. Using the information provided, we craft a personalized proposal just for you. Incentive trips are typically planned 12-18 months in advance. This allows enough time for the trip to be announced as a sales incentive, your team to earn the reward, and everything to be fully booked for each individual who earned the trip.
