There is no fee to book through us for simple hotel and cruise bookings, where the hotel or cruise has already been selected, dates determined, and a budget outlined. Most trips will include value such as resort/onboard credits and upgrades*, depending on your final accommodation selection. 

For travel planning that requires more in-depth planning, including travel itineraries and additional complexity, we apply fees starting at $375 per person. These fees cover the meticulous creation of a formal itinerary and the careful arrangements of transportation coordination between destinations, ensuring your trip is seamless and stress-free. 

An additional fee of $350 per destination is added for travel involving multiple cities and countries. 

Once we know your travel goals, we will let you know if any additional fees may apply. For additional high-touch assistance with your bookings, ask us about add-on concierge services.

Should you need air ticketing assistance, MPE charges a flat fee:

• Domestic ticketing fee – $50 per ticket
• International ticketing fee – $100 per ticket
• Ticketing change fee – $50 per ticket
