Fully Customized Travel

Starting at $500 per adult traveler
- A detailed itinerary outline and proposal, with up to three revisions
- Confirmation and management of all travel services booked by MPE
- Delivery of digital itinerary through AXUS
Additional Fees:
- Last-minute planning or special circumstances: $750 per trip
- Multiple destinations within one trip: $750 per additional destination
SET DEPARTURE GROUP TOURS + CRUISES
- Booking only with tour company or cruise line – $250 per person
- Pre- and post- planning – See hotel and itinerary planning fees
Air ticketing fees are not included in group tour and cruise planning fees.
AIR TICKETING FEES
Air ticketing fees are separate from itinerary planning and include:
- Domestic Tickets: $75 per ticket
- International Tickets: $100 per ticket
- Ticket Changes: $75 per change
Specialty Services
For additional, unique needs outside of the core itinerary.
- Rail Ticketing: $50 per transaction
- Visa & Passport Consultation: $50 per person / $100 application
- Luggage Shipping: $50 per transaction
- Unique Requests (e.g., special activities or items): 20% of service cost (added when separate from itinerary planning)
Cancellation + Change policy
Fully confirmed itineraries that need to be adjusted or re-booked may result in a change fee similar to the total trip planning and associated services costs initially charged by MPE.
*Fees and penalties from suppliers vary and are separate, which is why we always recommend travel insurance.
